Dashboard Overview
A tour of the ChurchWiseAI Admin Dashboard and what you can do from each tab
Your ChurchWiseAI Admin Dashboard is your command center for managing your voice agent, chatbot, and church interactions. Everything lives at churchwiseai.com — no other site required. Here is a tour of what you will find.
Accessing Your Dashboard
Your dashboard lives at a unique URL that looks like this:
https://churchwiseai.com/admin/your-unique-token
This is your secure magic link — no username or password needed. Just click the link (or use your bookmark) and you are in. For more about magic links, see Your First Login.
If you are a team member (not the primary admin), you receive your own unique link tied to your role. The dashboard automatically shows you only the tabs and data your role is authorized to see.
The Six Tabs
Your dashboard is organized into six tabs. Which tabs you see depends on your role:
Overview
The first thing you see when you open your dashboard. It shows a snapshot of recent activity:
- Total calls this period
- New prayer requests
- New visitor contacts
- Pending callback requests
- Recent activity feed (calls, prayers, visitors, callbacks)
This gives you a quick pulse check on how your AI tools are serving your congregation. All roles can see the Overview tab.
Calls
A complete history of every call your voice agent has handled. For each call, you can see:
- Date, time, and duration
- Full conversation transcript
- AI-generated summary (Pro plan)
- Audio recording (Pro plan)

Requests
Prayer requests, visitor contacts, and callback requests submitted through your voice agent or chatbot. From here you can:
- View all incoming requests
- Route them to pastoral staff
- Mark requests as addressed
- Track follow-up status
What you see in the Requests tab depends on your role:

Sensitive data protection: Callback reasons and confidential prayer request text are visible only to Admin and Office Admin (pastoral roles). All other roles see redacted placeholders such as "Pastoral inquiry" or "Confidential -- contact the pastor." This ensures that sensitive pastoral information stays within the appropriate circle of trust.

Care
Congregation Care lets you send broadcasts (announcements, prayer chains, daily verses, encouragement) to members who have opted in. You can manage your member list, compose messages, and share a sign-up link.

Settings
Where you manage your church details and tool configuration:
- Church information (name, address, hours, staff, ministries)
- Voice agent settings (greeting, call handling, integrations)
- Chatbot settings (welcome message, embed code, knowledge base)
- Integration connections (Planning Center, Cal.com)
- Team member management and role assignments
Pro+ features available in the Settings tab for Chat Pro, Chat Suite, and Bundle plans:
- FAQ Management (Pro: 50 FAQs, Suite: unlimited)
- Document Upload (Pro: 5 docs, Suite: unlimited)
- Analytics Dashboard (Pro: 30-day, Suite: 90-day with export)
- Widget Customization
The Settings tab is visible to Admin and Office Admin. Admins have full edit access; Office Admins can edit church details but not voice/chatbot configuration or team management.
Upgrade
View your current plan and explore upgrade options:
- See what plan you are on
- Compare features across tiers
- Upgrade or add products
- Manage your subscription
The Upgrade tab is visible to the Admin role only.

What You Can Do
From the dashboard, you can:
- Monitor activity — See how many people are calling and chatting
- Read transcripts — Review every conversation the AI has handled
- Manage prayer requests — Keep track of pastoral care needs with appropriate privacy
- Send care broadcasts — Reach your congregation with announcements, prayer chains, and encouragement
- Update church info — Make sure your AI tools always have accurate information
- Configure your tools — Adjust greetings, messages, FAQ answers, and chatbot behavior
- Manage your team — Add staff members and assign roles that match their ministry responsibilities
- Control your subscription — Upgrade, downgrade, or manage billing
