Your First Login

ChurchWiseAI uses a secure magic link system instead of traditional usernames and passwords. Here is what to expect when you log in for the first time.

How the Magic Link Works

After subscribing, you receive an email containing a unique link to your admin dashboard. This link includes a secure token that identifies your church — no password required.

Your dashboard URL looks like this:

https://churchwiseai.com/admin/your-unique-token

Simply click the link and you are in. No login form, no forgotten passwords, no lockouts.

What You See on First Login

When you first open your dashboard, you will land on the Overview tab. Here is what each tab shows:

• Overview — A summary of recent activity: calls received, chat conversations, and prayer requests
• Calls — Full history of voice agent calls with transcripts
• Requests — Prayer requests and care items submitted through the voice agent or chatbot
• Settings — Your church details, voice agent configuration, and chatbot settings
• Upgrade — Your current plan and options to add features

On your first visit, the dashboard may look quiet if your voice agent and chatbot have not been set up yet. That is normal — follow the setup guides to get everything running.

Bookmark Your Dashboard

Since there is no login page, your magic link is how you access your dashboard every time. We strongly recommend:

1. Bookmark the link in your browser for quick access
2. Save the email you received so you can find the link later
3. Share the link carefully — anyone with the link can access your dashboard (see the Team Members article for how to manage access)

Finding Your Public Pages

Your church also has a public-facing page on the PewSearch directory. You can find it at:

https://pewsearch.com/churches/your-church-slug

Your church slug is based on your church name and city (for example, grace-community-church-dallas). You can find the exact link in your dashboard under the Settings tab.

If you are a Premium subscriber, this page includes enhanced features like your chatbot widget, photos, and detailed ministry information.

Trouble Accessing Your Dashboard?

If your magic link is not working:

• Check your email for the original welcome email from ChurchWiseAI
• Try the link again — sometimes email clients break long URLs. Copy and paste the full URL into your browser
• Contact support at support@churchwiseai.com and we will resend your access link
