Will the AI give pastoral advice?
No. It doesn't counsel, diagnose, or take a theological position. It listens, it helps with the practical things — a prayer request, a visitor's question, service times — and the moment something calls for real pastoral care, it says so plainly and connects the person to you. What happens if someone calls or chats in a crisis?
The AI is trained to take it seriously every time. If someone mentions self-harm or suicidal thoughts, it immediately shares the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US and Canada) and our team is alerted right away. If someone mentions domestic violence or abuse, it shares domestic violence hotline information and encourages them to talk with your pastor when it's safe to do so. It never treats these conversations as routine.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. We ask for a card to start your 14-day trial, but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel from your billing settings before then and you won't be charged.
What happens after the 14 days?
Your plan begins at the price you signed up for — Website $29, Phone $79, or Complete $99/mo. No surprises, no price change from what you saw on this page.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no contract. Cancel from your billing settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
I'm already a ChurchWiseAI customer. Does this change my plan?
No. Your current plan and price stay exactly as they are. Nothing changes unless you choose to switch to one of the new plans yourself.
