Overview
ChurchWiseAI LTD (“we,” “our,” or “ChurchWiseAI”) operates churchwiseai.com and sells AI-powered Voice Agent and Chatbot subscription plans to churches and ministries. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for all ChurchWiseAI subscription products.
Month-to-Month Subscriptions
All ChurchWiseAI subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts, annual commitments, or cancellation fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your AI Voice Agent and Chatbot will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
- You may export your data (call logs, transcripts, knowledge base) before your service ends.
- After the billing period ends, your AI services will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
Refund Policy
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Because all subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, you are only ever paying for the current month of service. When you cancel, you retain full access through the end of the period you have already paid for. This is standard practice for SaaS subscription services.
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged at the standard rate. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial period expires.
Founder Pricing
ChurchWiseAI offers special founder pricing to early adopters. Founder pricing is locked in for the life of your subscription as long as it remains active and in good standing. If you cancel your subscription and later wish to re-subscribe, founder pricing cannot be restored. You will be enrolled at the standard pricing in effect at the time of your new subscription.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
- Stripe Customer Portal: Access the portal through the “Manage Billing” link in your admin dashboard to cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@churchwiseai.com and we will process it within one business day.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing concern, please contact us at support@churchwiseai.com before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
