The dashboard tabs include Overview, Calls, Requests, Care, Training, Settings, and Upgrade (which tabs you see depends on your role and plan).
Team Access with Role-Based Permissions
Invite your staff and volunteers with one of nine roles — Admin, Office Admin, Prayer Team, Care Team, Treasurer, Volunteer Coordinator, Worship Leader, Spiritual Leader, or Care Leader. Each role sees only the tabs and data relevant to their ministry responsibilities, keeping sensitive pastoral information secure.

- Access your dashboard — You receive a secure magic link by email to your admin dashboard at churchwiseai.com/admin/[your-token]
- Follow the guided setup wizard — Your dashboard includes a 10-step setup wizard that walks you through configuring your church details, chatbot, voice agent, and team invitations
