For the first 25 churches that sign up, the Phone plan or the Complete plan is free until Easter. You do not enter a card. On March 29, 2027, if you want to keep it, you add a card and pay what every church pays: $79 a month for Phone, $99 a month for Complete. If you do not, nothing is charged and nothing is switched off by a timer. I will reach out before anything changes.
I was a pastor for a long time before I built this. I know what a church phone is on a Tuesday morning: one secretary, three mornings a week, a glue stick in one hand and a ringing phone in the other. A caller wants the service time. The next caller sounds shaken and asks if the pastor is in. The phone does not know which call matters more. That is the whole problem this answers.
The honest reason for the offer: the best way to judge an assistant that answers your church phone is to let it answer your church phone through Advent, Christmas, Lent and Holy Week, and then decide. Churchwiseai.com was what I was looking for in updating our congregation's website. Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your church name and email, and the plan is free until Easter. Stripe asks for nothing to charge. You can add a card any time from your billing settings if you decide to stay.
What happens at Easter?
Your free period runs until March 29, 2027. About three days before, you get a reminder. If you have added a card, the plan continues at the normal price: $79 a month for Phone or $99 a month for Complete. If you have not, nothing is charged: Stripe pauses the subscription and John reaches out before anything changes. Your line is never switched off by a timer.
Can I cancel before Easter?
Yes, any time, from your dashboard. Nothing is charged, nothing is owed, no questions asked.
Which plans are included?

Does it speak Spanish?
Yes, on request. One of our churches runs its full phone line in Spanish for a large Spanish-speaking congregation. Tell us at setup and we configure it for your church.
Does it pretend to be a person?
No. It says it is an automated assistant, in its own words, on every call. It answers from the facts your church enters, says "I don't know" rather than guess, and hands anything urgent to a person on your team.
Who sees the prayer requests?
A person at your church, every time. Each prayer request, callback and visitor message goes to the staff you choose by email and sits in your dashboard. The assistant never keeps a secret and never counsels; it is a bridge to your people.
What counts toward the 25?
A church that signs up and is set up. The counter on this page is computed from real sign-ups, not typed in. When 25 churches have taken the offer, this page says so and the normal 14-day free trial applies.
