The Free plan is perfect for getting started. You can connect up to 3 social media platforms, publish up to 30 posts per month, and use 5 AI content generations. You get the full post composer with platform previews, a content calendar, and 7 days of analytics.

Pro -- $19.95/month ($199.50/year)
Pro is the most popular plan, designed for churches that post regularly across multiple platforms. You get 5 connected platforms, 150 posts per month, and 50 AI generations. Pro adds content repurposing (turn sermons and blogs into social posts), recurring schedules (automate weekly posts), campaign management, and 30 days of analytics.

Business -- $49.95/month ($499.50/year)
Business is for churches with active social media programs. Connect all 8 platforms with unlimited posts and unlimited AI generations. You also get the AI Strategy Advisor, which analyzes your posting patterns and recommends content strategies. Analytics extend to 90 days with export capability. Priority support ensures faster response times.

Agency -- $99.95/month ($999.50/year)
Agency is built for multi-campus churches or ministry organizations managing social media for multiple entities. You get everything in Business plus 5 workspaces (one per campus or ministry), white-label reports you can share with leadership, and dedicated support with a named contact.

How to Upgrade
- Sign in to ShareWiseAI
- Go to Settings or visit the Pricing page
- Select the plan you want
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete checkout through Stripe
Your new features activate immediately.
How to Cancel
- Sign in to ShareWiseAI
- Go to Settings
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal
- Click Cancel Subscription
When you cancel:
- Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your posts, drafts, media, and campaign data are all preserved
- Connected platforms beyond the Free plan limit (3) will become inactive but are not deleted -- if you re-upgrade, they reconnect automatically
How Limits Work
Post Limits
Each time you publish or schedule a post, it counts as one post toward your monthly limit -- even if it goes to multiple platforms. One compose action = one post, regardless of how many platforms you select.
Your post count resets on the 1st of each month.
AI Generation Limits
Each time you use the AI Generate feature to create content, it counts as one generation. Editing or regenerating counts as an additional generation. Your AI generation count resets on the 1st of each month.
Platform Limits
The number of platforms you can connect is set by your plan. If you downgrade, platforms beyond your new limit become inactive but are not disconnected. Upgrade again to reactivate them.
Payment and Security
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Your credit card information never touches ShareWiseAI servers
- You can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe customer portal

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan? No. The Free plan requires no payment information.
Can I switch plans at any time? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is ShareWiseAI a separate subscription from ChurchWiseAI Voice or Chatbot? Yes. ShareWiseAI is billed separately. It is part of the ChurchWiseAI product family but has its own plans and pricing.
What happens to my scheduled posts if I downgrade? Posts already scheduled will still be published. However, if your connected platforms exceed the new plan's limit, posts to those platforms may fail. Review your scheduled posts before downgrading.
Can I get a refund? Contact us at support@churchwiseai.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
