Free Plan -- $0/month

The free plan is designed to let you experience SermonWise AI without any commitment. It includes:

• 2 sermon outlines per month
• All 17 theological traditions
• RAG-powered illustrations from 290,000+ curated resources
• Copy and export to Word
• Save to your personal library

No credit card is required to use the free plan. Your usage resets on the 1st of each month.

Pro Plan -- $19.95/month

The Pro plan is for pastors who rely on SermonWise regularly for sermon preparation. It includes everything in the free plan, plus:

• 15 sermon outlines per month
• Premium AI model for deeper, more nuanced outlines

Pro is also available with annual billing at $199.50/year, which saves you $39.90 compared to paying monthly (that is two months free).

How to Upgrade

1. Sign in to your SermonWise AI account
2. Go to the Pricing page or click the Upgrade to Pro button that appears when you reach your monthly limit
3. Choose monthly ($19.95/mo) or annual ($199.50/yr) billing
4. Complete checkout through Stripe

Your Pro features activate immediately after checkout. Any remaining free outlines for the current month are added to your Pro limit.

How Billing Works

• Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month (the date you first subscribed)
• Annual plans are billed once per year on the date you first subscribed
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe -- your credit card information never touches our servers
• You can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe customer portal

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

1. Sign in to your SermonWise AI account
2. Go to your account settings
3. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal
4. Click Cancel Subscription

When you cancel:

• Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
• After that, your account reverts to the free plan (2 outlines per month)
• All your saved sermons remain in your library -- nothing is deleted

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us at support@churchwiseai.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I hit my monthly limit? You will see a prompt to upgrade to Pro. You can wait until your limit resets on the 1st of the next month or upgrade immediately to continue generating outlines.

Do failed generations count toward my limit? No. Only successfully generated outlines count. If generation times out or encounters an error, it does not count against your monthly quota.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. Contact us at support@churchwiseai.com and we will help you switch. If you switch from monthly to annual, we will prorate the difference.

Is SermonWise AI a separate subscription from ChurchWiseAI Voice or Chatbot? Yes. SermonWise AI is its own product with its own pricing. It is part of the ChurchWiseAI family but billed separately from Voice Agent and Chatbot subscriptions.
