Upgrading Your Plan
How to upgrade your ChurchWiseAI subscription and what to expect when you move to a higher tier
As your church's needs grow, you can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock additional features. Upgrades take effect immediately.
How to Upgrade
- Open your admin dashboard at
churchwiseai.com/admin/[your-token] - Click the Upgrade tab
- Browse the available plans and compare features
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Confirm the change on the Stripe checkout page
That is it. Your new features are available immediately after the upgrade is confirmed.
How Proration Works
When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, you are only charged the difference for the remaining days in your current period. For example:
- You are on Voice Starter ($29.95/mo) and upgrade to Voice Pro ($59.95/mo) halfway through the month
- You are credited for the unused portion of your Starter plan
- You are charged the prorated amount for the Pro plan for the remaining days
Your next full billing cycle will be at the new plan's rate.
What Unlocks Immediately
When you upgrade, new features are available right away:
Upgrading from Voice Starter to Voice Pro
- Call limit increases from 100 to 500 calls per month
- Call recordings begin on the next call
- Full transcripts appear for new calls
- AI summaries appear for new calls
- Planning Center integration becomes available in Settings (events and groups)
- Cal.com appointment booking becomes available
- Repeat caller detection activates
Upgrading from Chat Starter to Chat Pro
- Conversation limit removed (unlimited)
- Custom RAG knowledge base is available to configure
- Theological tradition support is unlocked
- Visitor capture and follow-up features activate
- Access to the 26,000+ sermon illustration library
Upgrading from Chat Pro to Chat Suite
- "Powered by ChurchWiseAI" badge can be removed
- Multiple location support is unlocked
- Analytics dashboard is activated
- Premium support is activated
Adding the Bundle
If you have either a Voice or Chatbot subscription and want both, upgrading to the Voice + Chat Bundle ($79.95/mo) gives you Voice Pro + Chat Pro features for about $10/mo less than purchasing them separately (Voice Pro at $59.95 + Chat Pro at $29.95 = $89.90).
Adding the Chatbot to a Voice Subscription
If you currently have a Voice plan and want to add the chatbot:
- Go to the Upgrade tab in your dashboard
- Select the Voice + Chat Bundle ($79.95/mo)
- Confirm the upgrade
This gives you all Voice Pro features plus all Chat Pro features in one plan.
Adding the Voice Agent to a Chatbot Subscription
If you have a Chatbot plan and want to add voice:
- Go to the Upgrade tab in your dashboard
- Select the Voice + Chat Bundle ($79.95/mo)
- Confirm the upgrade
Your chatbot continues working as before, and the voice agent is activated and ready to configure.
